reasonable stay
comfortable bed helpful staff good size broken remote small room no apology
the room had a good size. the bed was very comfortable! the shower was amazing, i used it daily. the hotel staff were helpful with inquiries.
the tv remote didn't work. i was unable to watch any entertainment as this couldn't be fixed that evening. no token of apology was offered, it was dissapointing. the room felt a little small, i would expect more facilities for the money paid.

The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The shower was not designed well. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor. There were no towel racks near the shower, so I had to place my towel on the floor. The room's design prioritized aesthetics over practical use.

I found the staff helpful throughout my stay. They quickly addressed any questions i had. the room's cleanliness stood out. It was super clean. the central location was a definite advantage. Major attractions were easily accessible. i really enjoyed the little balcony!

Fantastic Stay near the Cathedral

I appreciated the room upgrade upon arrival. I got a room with a great view overlooking the city. The room included blackout curtains. It ensured good sleep. The rooftop bar offered nice drinks. I enjoyed the comfortable seating. The staff was helpful with directions. The hotel is near many attractions.
I noticed the elevators were small and sometimes a bit slow during peak hours.

Balanced Stay near the Cathedral
excellent location rooftop bar gothic quarter warm room limited decoration air conditioning
The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to the cathedral and in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. I found it easy to walk to many shops and cafes. The rooftop bar had great views (I enjoyed relaxing there after a long day).
The room's temperature was difficult to control. It felt warm because the air conditioning is off during cooler months. I had to keep the balcony door open to get some fresh air. The room had minimal decoration and felt a bit bare.
