the room had a good size. the bed was very comfortable! the shower was amazing, i used it daily. the hotel staff were helpful with inquiries.
the tv remote didn't work. i was unable to watch any entertainment as this couldn't be fixed that evening. no token of apology was offered, it was dissapointing. the room felt a little small, i would expect more facilities for the money paid.

I found the staff helpful throughout my stay. They quickly addressed any questions i had. the room's cleanliness stood out. It was super clean. the central location was a definite advantage. Major attractions were easily accessible. i really enjoyed the little balcony!

The Location was fairly accessible. The gothic quarter was nearby.
THE air conditioning system was centrally controlled. The room became uncomfortably warm, especially during the warmer days, and there was no way to adjust it individually. I also found the room decor minimal and uninspired. The walls were bare, giving it a somewhat sterile atmosphere.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to the cathedral and in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. I found it easy to walk to many shops and cafes. The rooftop bar had great views (I enjoyed relaxing there after a long day).
The room's temperature was difficult to control. It felt warm because the air conditioning is off during cooler months. I had to keep the balcony door open to get some fresh air. The room had minimal decoration and felt a bit bare.
